About Bill Kaelin

For 13 years Bill Kaelin has been a mainstay in Atlanta, having created some of the most unique and successful events and promotions in the city.  He began his journey in the events and marketing industry as the promotional and marketing manager for Atlanta’s “Jezebel” Magazine helping to launch it’s 4 color glossy version in 1997.

Working in conjunction with a variety of major events and venues like The Atlanta Jazz Festival, Nomenclature Museum and Midtown Music Festival; Kaelin took his experience to new levels in 1999 as the Director of Marketing and Entertainment for Atlanta’s marquee hotspot, eleven50.

This upscale 1920’s theater combined a restaurant, art gallery, special events center and 1,500 capacity entertainment venue where he sold and managed large scale events for corporations including: The Coca-Cola Company, Turner Broadcasting, Bacardi, Mercedes Benz, Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers and ABC Networks.

His keen eye and penchant for music, fashion, pop culture and trends made his events the talk of the town as he multitasked all aspects of special events and promotions - from ideation and set design to staff and client management - all the while fostering relationships with “A list” clientele like Prince, Christina Aguilera, Lenny Kravitz as well as developed key relationships with booking agents and top international performers and every major electronic act in the world.

In 2004 he became part owner and “face” of Bazzaar Atlanta where he conceptualized, created, marketed and managed every aspect of the venue during it’s successful 5 year run. Kaelin was also responsible for selling and producing marquee events - including art shows, CD release parties, product launches and charities/benefits for his long term clients like The Fox Theatre, Jerry Seinfeld, TBS, Sheryl Crow, The B-52’s and CNN.

Kaelin started doing freelance work for K101 PR Agency in 2007 where he provided marketing and event consulting for clients like C2 Paints, Caboodle's as well as creating an unforgettable event with Lady GaGa and Domaine De Canton.

Finally in 2009 Bill Kaelin decided to venture out on his own and has already picked up an impressive client list for consulting, concepts, marketing strategy and events including The Georgian Terrace Hotel, The C-Channel, The Gold Room and AURUM.
